Loans: banks refuse to fixed rate

 

Federconsumatori and Adusbef demanding an investigation to ascertain the ‘nth serial fraud “at the hands of the banks to the detriment of millions of consumers.

Many citizens, who wish to apply for loans at a fixed rate, say that they feel “the bank no longer offers a fixed rate mortgage.”

In parallel, some banks have already changed or are changing the terms for loans at variable rates, with a minimum rate below which no drops.
